BitCoin Exchange Japan, which one good?

I would like to join the BitCoin wagon and exchange some yen for BitCoins. From https://howtobuybitcoins.info/#!/JPY the following exchanges deal in yen with listed BID/ASK:
No BID/ASK information:
From these exchanges QUOINE has the highest bid, lowest ask, while AnxBTC has the lowest bid and highest ask. So QUOINE seems like a good option since they now have a 0% Trading Fees action.
However I have no experience with any of these exchanges, so can someone share some insights?
Also I don't wish to keep my funds in an online wallet. Is it easy for all exchanges to send BitCoins to my own personal wallet?
